All prices are in USD. VAT applies if you're in the EU and don't have a VAT ID.

- All contracts are month-to-month and you can cancel any time.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
- Yes! You can upgrade your subscription in the members area anytime! You can also upgrade or downgrade by sending us an email and then we'll take care of it for you!
- Do you have custom plans?
- Yes, we offer anything from small one-time plans to private servers for enterprise clients.
If you want to discuss a custom plan, then please send us a message and we'll make you an offer. - How fast can I get an unlimited account?
- We can setup a private server or unmetered account for you in one business day upon payment. Please inquire for details.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Absolutely! We accept wire transfers and other payment methods as well - please send us an email!
- What kind of support do you offer?
- For direct technical questions you can contact technical support via email. Priority will given to plans with priority email support and enterprise clients with an SLA.
As a general rule of thumb you'll have an answer from us the same business day, but usually a lot faster.

- Yes, you can request it here and we'll give you immediate access to all features of our service.
- On how many sites can I put the 'save as PDF' link?
- You can set up to three domains in our members area and the link will work under all subdomains under each one of them. All sites under those three domains, including the subdomains, are covered.
